OC Hotel Costa Mesa

However, we were traveling with kids and had a downstairs room. We stayed for 3 nights, and 2 of those nights were rough because of the people upstairs. They were up until around 2:45 AM one night, and the kids couldn’t sleep. It honestly sounded like they were moving furniture around! Our recommendation would be to choose an upstairs room.

Great place, smelled a tiny bit too clean but really wasn’t bad

Amazing no complaints

My son enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub, but it could have been a little cleaner. There were used towel laying around pool area. The room was decent overall for a one night stay for the price can't really complain too much.

The Hotel is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean and well maintained. I loved the shower as well. The Pool and the hot tub were both very inviting The only thing that will keep me from staying there again the breakfast needs to be a real breakfast. I need beacon and eggs for sure! Either have a full breakfast or no breakfast at all. The contention breakfast do not work for me.

Exceptional

I stay there twice a month they are always nice and accomadating. Love this place!

Some people were fighting around 12:30am.and no one did anything to resolve the problem. They were shouting so loudly and throwing things at each other, they woke me up; I became very nervous and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night; it really scares me because the door didn't close properly; it was missing the top safety latch.Finally around 7am.I went to the office to report the incident, and it seemed like they didn't care at all.

Location is good, people were pleasant and room was clean and appropriate for what I was looking for - just a place to stay.

Breakfast is very light

Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were kept clean when we arrived. Only stayed two nights didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Nice big tv with lots of channels.

The Franca staff was very helpful and wonderful since we arrived very early in the day. They were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was very Continental. They have complimentary coffee all day long. We did not use the swimming pool but it did look nice. The only comment my husband has is that the remote control was not user friendly, as we had a hard time finding local channels. We love to stay and would stay there again. 😄

Very clean grounds. Pool and hot tub area clean, accessible and nice. Rooms are spacious clean. Beds are nice, firm. The breakfast was nice, cereals, fruits, yogurts, breakfast sandwiches,coffees. Great place to stay

We stayed 2 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was just incredibly helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Not enough plugs, let alone usb outlets to charge phones overnight. Breakfast was all cheap carbs. Overpriced for amenities. Friendly check in staff.
