Clean, cheap stay near the airport.

Parking was very difficult, but only because I was driving a huge cargo van.

Otherwise, the place was very dirty. The walls were dirty and with many chips and cracks needing repair; the dresser in the room was a disaster, the heating/cooling element was filthy and in extremely unkept condition and looking like it was ready to fall apart. I could go on but I will not.

Nice place. Walkable to the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds where I was going. Great staff. Clean rooms.

An older motel, but well kept. Room was clean and well maintained. I only had two issues, really more of inconveniences. First, there was no place to hang any clothing, not even a hook on the wall. Second, all the lighting was overhead, there wasn't a bedside lamp. One overhead light did have a dimmer which softened the effect. Overall, it was great value for the cost and I'd definitely stay here again.

A great location across the freeway from the Orange County fairgrounds. It's clean and basic, but rooms do have a fridge and microwave. If you have clothing that needs to be hung, you will want to bring a portable rack for that purpose.

Great quiet property, relaxing environment. However, the microwave was missing & AC was not functioning properly.

This is a very expensive area in Southern California. I needed a budget room for 2 nights and this met my need very well. Relatively quiet location and very convenient. No onsite amenities that I was aware of.
