Best Western Plus Newport Mesa Inn

Everything was nice and clean, staff was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Clean comfortable room. We should have skipped breakfast…not very appetizing.

Rooms are spacious.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Free parking. Water and coffee are available 24/7. The property is well maintained.

I would like to give credit to Noal a staff member that was awesome, very respectful and very friendly, Provide a excellent atmosphere toward our stay at the hotel, even knew my name the day after I check in and I am sure he checks in my clients. would definitely stay again at the hotel because of his positive attitude. The coffee pot in the room was not the best. Coffee did not come out hot but that could have been me.

We had booked a room at a motel 6 in garden grove but when we got there, there was notice stating they had evacuate because of a leak. there was nobody and since I booked it at the last minute by the time we got there it was 12 midnight. I called Expedia and right away they helped me look for another hotel with a room that was available last minute. They found me this best western and I am so pleased they did! the room was so comfortable even though we only slept a couple of hours that mattress was just heaven!!! it felt like we slept for days. we got up to have the continental breakfast and that made our morning I will definetly stay here again in the future! P.S that shampoo and conditioner made my hair looked healthy again!!!

Great stay for a reasonable price. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was good enough. The staff was inattentive to clients. The receptionist for some reason was always on phone and had no time to serve incoming and outcoming guests. That was very annoying. The silence time wasn't respected by staff during night time. I had a room on the first floor next to the lobby and sounds of loud conversations and yelling disturbed me all the night. Location of the hotel is near a freeway, so noisy as well.
