My stay required a place to sleep 6-7 hours nightly. The room was clean, and the site manager was very helpful. My only comment about my stay was the bed was not firm; it was hard. Other than that, it was a good short-term stay!

Oversold and under delivered. This room was Edgy at best. Old carpeting, the bed was uncomfortable, the lighting was dull and dated. Disappointed in Expedia’s description of the property. This was $80 a night motel at best. Not $180 Disgusted 😠

This was my second time staying here because my first was positive. It was also the last time. I was charged a late check-in fee, something I've never heard of and wasn't in the contract. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet ran. The TV had a connection notification that popped up every 15-20 seconds. Last, the shower pressure was like being sprayed with a pressure washer with no way to turn it down. It was a horribly painful shower. Never thought that would be something I ever said but here I am. Needless to say, I won't stay again.

I enjoy staying there, plus it's only a mile to my doctor's office. Perfect location and close to Newport Beach. I do go to San Clemente and Dana Point before I head to Costa Mesa

This place was the cheapest option in the area, and you get what you pay for. Cons: room quality was substandard, with worn-out walls and decor and non-functioning outlets; shower water pressure was low. Pros: air conditioning worked superbly, beds were comfortable (if you like a firm mattress), room and hotel were quiet. Place worked OK for solo traveler last-minute crash pad needs.

If this continues this property will decline. If management stops deferring maintenance and repairs with quick visual fixes this would be a great travel stop for families on budget.

This hotel is very old and in need of remodeling. The room smelled mold, furniture was worn. The walls are painted dark green. No clean towels or toilet paper for the entire week. I had booked four weeks but cancelled on the second night. Quickly refunded by Expedia.

Nice and clean. Worth the price

The gentleman at the front desk (Kova?) was very helpful. The room is spacious and clean The microwave and little coffee maker were helpful. We will return if we travel there again.

It smells strongly of cigarettes.

Just a heads up because it wasn’t shown at time of booking, I paid room online through Expedia, when I arrived & checked in, I was required to put an additional $50 for deposit. Which you won’t get back for 3-5 days. Other than that, it was nice stay.

Ooh… my stay on cozy was one of the best feeling. It’s cool and quiet especially to scholars who would like to concentrate on their studies. Rooms are super clean and presentable. I enjoyed my atay

Fridge was not working. Sheets were not cotton. Feels like i am sleeping on a plastic bed sheet. Terrible experience. People were smoking cigarettes and vapes outside their rooms and parking area.

The rooms smelled like urine, a homeless drug addict in the parking lot asked me if i wanted help unloading my trunk and the front desk person said "he lives there everyday" but just in his car. When I asked for another room that didn't smelled like heavy urine they gave me another room they called "special good room" and it also smelled of urine and had warn furniture. There were holes in the wall in the rooms walls that legitimately resembled glory holes. When I first walked in the front desk attendant made me wait while he prayed loudly in a different language for several minutes while he was on the phone with someone. I asked for a refund and they told me the manager would get back to me in two days, he never did. There were stains everywhere in the rooms and I didnt even put my luggage down because I feared bed bugs or getting a rash.

Room looked nothing like the photos online. It smelled like weed, food still in frig and freezer, door was not working, no wash cloth, and no ice machine.
-
There is a van with a flat tire stationed in the hotel parking. The first room had corn nuts on the counter. Office staff offers to change the room. The second room had stained /dirty towels.
