Ramada by Wyndham Costa Mesa/Newport Beach

It was good for the price compared to other properties in the area. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would say negative is the bathroom was outdated. The tubs need replaced and the lady in the towel room was very rude.

Pool and hot tub(jacuzzi), and laundry are out of order, which was the reason why I decided to go with the hotel. And no they are not working on it. False advertisement! Be aware!!

If you want a place to crash while spending time at Newport, this might be right for you. Nothing onsite is going to make you want to leave you room or re-visit. Stairways are terrible, uneven walkways creak as you walk. This is a one and done for me.

I brought my grandson and granddaughter, to this location because of the continental breakfast and the swimming pool. Well we got one out of two, the pool wasn’t available

Convenience to the beach and activities.

My room was never cleaned for the 4 days I stayed; no fresh linens; swimming pool out of order entire time!

It’s a very convenient location being so close to freeways, gas stations, restaurants and Newport Beach

I will not be staying at any Ramada Inn. Service was awful and unprofessional. The room had a musty smell. Not impressed at all.

Very tired property, bathroom was in particularly bad shape. Checkin/checkout was efficient but not very welcoming. Significant noise transmission between suites. Pool/spa closed for renos. Avoid this one.

Facility is rundown. Our first room did not have any cold water. The front desk was nice enough to move us to a second room. But the second room had damp carpet and smelled like mildew. The best thing is the breakfast. The eggs and sausages are fresh.

This is my second stay here with my daughter. We live near San Diego but go to Costa Mesa for the Air|Water show. This place is perfect since it's near the OC Fair Grounds, near restaurants, and most important when traveling in a vintage car: the parking is off-street and hidden with plenty of parking space(s). The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable. Parts of the hotel are being renovated and under construction. It wasn't an issue for us on the weekend but might be concern if you're there mid-week.

Very old furniture may be 40 years old sofa very old equipment’s and the property was under construction, very old building, pool was under construction, not in service, I cannot use it I give 2 stars

The breakfast was very limited, but it was free. I would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, room had 2 chairs with foot stools, small frig with freezer. Included breakfast w/eggs, sausage, various breads, juices, fruit, yogurt. Lobby was modern and nice looking, staff very helpful. Location was on very busy street, but was a good location to get to other places in very expensive Newport Beach, CA. Other hotels averaged $300 or more per nite. The bathroom was old. Grout missing, shower tiles old & grout missing, very low toilet, sink faucet would not shut off, took a long time of running water to even have warm water, not hot.

Hotel was a bit dirty and stinky but the breakfast and workout room were awesome
