Costa Mesa Inn

Unfortunately, the only toiletries provided are very small, waxy bars of soap and shampoo in packets (like ketchup from a fast food restaurant) which were of very poor quality. We had to go to a local drug store to get something usable. Most hotels now use soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, that would have been greatly preferable.

Basically an updated two story motel. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. The pool is not working(completely empty of water).

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

First time staying, will definitely be back. The renovations were done very well, and our room was spotless. You can not beat the price for what your get! My only thing is I would like to see a tea selection along side the coffee offered in the room, but that’s just personal preference:)

We like how easy it is to book. My bf and I like to book this hotel whenever we want to get away for the weekend. We enjoy watching movies and their TV is amazing for that

This hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. We like to watch movies a lot and this hotel has one of the biggest tv I have seen any other hotel have.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very nice!

I was leaving the hotel 10 minutes prior I went to go use my key card and it wouldn't let me in I asked the maid who let me in the other day another one for some reason I got locked out and she wouldn't let me in so then I went into the office the guy started yelling at me for asking and scaring the maid for asking her to let me in my room and then when I said I wasn't scaring anyone I was let in before by one of the maids I've been here 3 days and I'm leaving I'm trying to pack my car and he started screaming at me and he said it's all on video he said good go you're not welcome here I'll bring the key out right now I said well first of all why was I locked out it's not 11:00 I was upset for being locked out because it causes stress your your it's not even past the time for leaving and he already locked me out and I believe that he did it deliberately this is sick

Very comfortable and clean

The room was very clean, spacious and the 2 queens size bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

No parking. Hotel was disgustings. Had stains on headboard and floord

Make your reservations early. I have firsthand knowledge the place fills up fast.

We have been coming here for years and they have recently redone the rooms and lobby. Really nice, great mattress, super clean, friendly staff. Overall, a really excellent experience. There is a reason we keep coming back!

Bed was comfortable and AC smooth - great tv too …

This hotel is humble looking on the outside but don’t let that deceive you, it’s super safe and well maintained. Inside the units are updated and kept clean. The staff was amazing. The only slight cons, are that you can hear your neighbors upstairs or anyone outside your unit talking but that’s expected in a hotel/ motel. The pool was down and that a slightly disappointed as it was advertised with a working pool but besides that we would 10/10 stay there again. Super close to a lot of cool things , mall, Newport Beach etc
