Everything was great staff,rooms. Everything was great. It’s just a little inconvenience. Whenever you have to walk to the first floor just to use the microwave. That’s the only flaw to me.

I had an excellent stay at Tru by Hilton Concord Charlotte. The staff was excellent. Lanette was especially courteous and helpful.

I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Everything about it — my level of rest at night, the quality and taste of the plentiful breakfast items, the shower's water pressure, the comfort level of the room's A/C unit — was top tier. This Tru by Hilton location was perhaps the best of those where I've stayed. I think you'll enjoy it, too!

First time staying at a Tru by Hilton property. This property was very clean and very nice. All the food and stores right there even the mall! Breakfast was fresh and good! Definitely will stay again. Great customer service by far!

Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t want the noise. Lastly, I hated the breakfast but I’m a diva with that stuff so I ordered what I preferred and there is a Starbucks down the street.
