The rooms was nice , we had a great view . I love that it had my name on the TV screen saver lol .... Nice and affordable . I love the free coffee during the entire stay .... Staff was very nice and welcoming ... The breakfast set up was very nice but the taste was horrible and things that was supposed to be hot was cold ..... They didn't have bacon .... The bathroom doors are pull doors that seemed very hard to open and close in my actual hotel room ....

I loved the breakfast, the outside seating area, the game area, the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything is modern, exceptional value for the price I paid. I loved this property, nothing negative to say.

Clean hotel and extremely friendly staff! We had to leave before breakfast was ready and they offered to get some fruit to send with us. I would stay there again!

The property was great good location. Parking was very good. The only problem was that they did not speak English very well at the desk and they didn’t have rooms ready on time. There’s people there waiting. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, and it was kind of weird cause it was all Big bottles and not your own

My family hotel stay was great. The amenities were perfect for an overnight stay. The room was very clean and accommodated 3 adults and 1 teenager comfortably.

This was a great hotel to spend the night with the family. Staff was very nice and gentle, the amenities are well kept, room was spacious and clean, and they had a good breakfast variety. Bonus point since they offer a later check out time than most hotels do. Breakfast didn't have a lot of fresh fruit options. Just bananas and apples.

We did not stay in a large suite, but it was enough. Son used the pullout and it was quite comfortable. Clean. Nice staff.

Hotel was great. Charlotte just sucks. The public in Charlotte are just rude. Lady guest at the hotel yelled at room service to “Stay out of my room” install of politely asking. Charlotte is just a nasty city in general and I wouldn’t feel safe anywhere after dark. We went to Great Wolf Lodge which by the way is absurdly expensive for what it is. But we all know why it’s that way, it’s to keep the problem people out. Which seems to be the majority of Charlotte.

This is a newly built property so the cleanliness and maintenance was excellent. We experienced wonderful customer care and people were friendly and thoughtful. Everyone was friendly from the housekeeping staff which paid detail to small things during services to the front desk that made light conversations as we passed by. Breastfast was nice, pretty standard for Hilton brand hotels. They always had enough food and coffee and were very helpful if you needed anything. Only downfall was that the outdoor pool didn’t seem to be heated so for an early spring trip, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool despite it being open and weather being nice during the day.

It took forever for the air conditioner to cool down the room and the refrigerator made a loud rattling noise all night.
