Friendly staff, great location with easy access to numerous shopping and restaurants. Need.more powerful AC for a room of that size but tolerable.

Location The outlets did not work properly. The pool was way small . And maid service walked in our room before checkout . I had not even checked out yet . And woke us up . This is not acceptable. Will never stay there again.

The room was spacious and very clean with super comfy beds. This hotel is super convenient to the Truliant Ampitheater for concerts, which was why we were there. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices very close by. Also very close to the Charlotte Racetrack. Lots of traffic in this area but served us well.

Room was clean , the bed was extremely old & hard. I had the worst nights sleep. No amenities. U have to pay for over priced selective processed pre made breakfast from the bar. Only 5-6 selections of Starbucks , no regular coffee. Rooms are outdated & overpriced w/o amenities.
