Amazing stay, great food and service. Loved everything

Love this hotel! Staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, rooms are nice and cozy, it's quiet, and you can't beat the location!! We will be back - without doubt!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Langham hotel. It does come on the more pricier side but very much justifiable. We had the river view room and it was amazing to look at the city and just watch all the activity going on. The room was spacious and very clean. Rainfall shower was one of the best I have experienced. The amenities were top notch and enjoyed using the steam room and sauna to relax. The Travelle restaurant however is a little overpriced for what you get and the quality of food. I would suggest eating at Trump tower next door for a better dinning experience. Valerie at the front desk was such a kind person as well as our housekeeper. Some of the most kindest people we met on the trip!

The spa was a terrific experience.

The hotel is impeccably clean, very comfortable, and ideally situated. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The staff, especially Marcus at the front desk, was incredible! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Nelson was also very friendly and helpful. The entire front desk and concierge team were delightful. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was spotless and cozy, even offering turn-down service. Now, let's talk about the restaurant and the food! A solid 10/10! Typically, hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one was hit. We loved every thing we tried! The waitstaff were friendly and nice. Honestly, everyone at the hotel was wonderful, from the moment we walked in, to the front desk, activities concierge, waiters, and housekeeping. A huge thank you to all of them for making our trip so memorable! Thank you, Langham team. We can't wait to return soon.

Fantastic, attentive staff. Beautiful facilities.

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was very nice. We ordered room service as well as had a drink and ate at the restaurant in the hotel and that was delicious.

My room was a bit dated. The highlight was the views, location, staff and onsite restaurant.

The pool was a true lap pool. The Fitness Center and the locker room was exquisite.

10/10 experience! Love this hotel!…the only negative was a less than nice /helpful staff person at the front desk of the spa when I asked about the use of the sauna/steam room and also my neighbors next to my room were quite loud

hands down one of the nicest hotels in the city - pool/gym/spa are all amazing. such a good 2nd floor lounge with great views. the staff is all so helpful, friendly

Location. Clean and quiet room. Upon arriving at the check in time we were told the room was not ready and they had no idea when it would be. Super tired after a multi hour drive we couldn’t even take a shower or change clothes. Had to wait for 2 hours (!). When we finally stepped in the room, our luggage was not there even though they had said it would be taken care of. Called the reception, reminded them. 30 minutes later (!!) we finally got our stuff. They did offer a “credit for the inconvenience”. $150 which didn’t even cover the 2-night parking. That’s it. No complimentary upgrades, breakfast, drinks or something to make it less annoying. Is this a 5 star hotel experience? You decide Also, the cocktails at the bar are very expensive and very meh in terms of taste
