Busy hotel! The restaurants are good. The construction was a pain and the rooms weren’t in great condition. We asked the room service to come back after 9am to change the towels, but we found when we got back late they never came by.

It was very luxurious stay at the hotel and it’s in the central downtown of Chicago, which is very convenient, everything is at walking distance.

This property was well maintained and very comfortable. All areas from the lobby to our room were pristinely clean. All the staff from the front door to the front desk and cleaning crew were helpful and accommodating. The location is wonderful and would recommend to anyone staying in Chicago.
