When we checked out it was 11am, and there seemed to be a long line but only one staff was helping. My husband went to the concierge to ask about luggage storage, it should be easy to let him know that luggage desk is at the other side of the lobby, but the staff was on the phone for 10 min and he had to wait there for 10 min. All of these could be solved by more effective management.

Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms. Very responsive when asked for additional bedding for the pull out couch. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel location is great but it’s old and not well maintained and overpriced.

Though the building is older and is a little outdated, the staff really leveled up the experience. EVERYONE there was so friendly and accommodating! The staff makes the place!

Dated hotel with modest upgrades. Spacious room. Nice "grab and go" breakfast bar. Restaurant TORO served good food (branzino and brocolini). However, the hostess had a truly hostile attitude. We complained to the manager but it left us feeling disrespected. The St. Regis was dramatically better.

Check in staff and Toro restaurant staff was horribly rude. The rest were decent but the rooms were outdated and hot. I would not recommend this hotel.
