I did not realize that Internet was not included. I was charged $50 a day for Internet and discounts on food- none of which I used. I had prepaid for the room then still ended up being charged $150 for that and then more money for other fees. There is not a microwave in the room but one in the hallway?!?! I just felt like for what should be a nice hotel, it lacked basic amenities you get at cheaper hotels. I would probably choose a different hotel in the same area next time.

They ( a La Carte) delivered our breakfast on time for all days.

The room was clean all the staff was very the breakfast was ok did use the bar . The outdoor was very nice I enjoy the fireworks show was amazing .This is a prime location for anyone visiting Chicago

The pool is a little cold and a little hard to get to. The lobby areas around the elevator on the floors had a bit of damage that would be easy to fix (base board coverings peeling off in areas no one gets near) that would make it look nicer. Oats that were spilled in the middle of the hall (not by us) on the first day were still there on day three. Not saying the place was dirty, but the standards were only so so. It is still a nice hotel, the rooms were clean, the location is great. The room service options are expensive and meh.

We had an excellent stay

Location is perfect.

Paid for a club room. Terrible club, no espresso, lousy coffee, breakfast no better than a Best Western. All the tech is outdated and barely working. Club room, but another $20 per day for lousy internet? Slowest elevators I’ve ever seen. Gym isn’t bad. Just average. Good location. Parking is horrible. Exiting even worse. What a waste of money.

Tv didn’t work and lounges were never open

-
Hotel nice but double bed room had no microwave
-
Hopefully, we were just a one off. We just had a bad experience. Also, it may have just been busier than normal. No parking garage along with a few other issues.

It was a awful stay
-
wonderful spot and staff, nicely updated hotel
-
My departing flight was canceled and rebooked by the airline due to operational issues for the next day and the hotel was not able to charge me the same rate as my existing itinerary for an additional stay in the room.

I liked the convenience to downtown, I liked the bathroom I wished the hot water was more hot other than that everything was amazing. The seats were comfortable. The bed was comfortable. I almost wanted to sleep in the bed the whole time it was nice.

Location They charged me extra for the breakfast. On the bookings it said breakfast is on the house. We were 4 people and on site they told us its only for 2 although its not mentioned anywhere on the booking. I had booked for 4 so I expected breakfast for 4. They took the security deposit and still have not paid back. Yesterday called them and said will look into and asking intricately and giving such an answer that it seems like a very difficult thing to return me my security deposit.
