This place was great. It was central to everything for my family and I. So much was in walking distance and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

My parents had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was perfectly located for their needs with a spacious, clean room with great amenities. Only small negative was breakfast which was not included, it was good but over 30$ daily. Overall, a great stay!!

Shower is a bit outdated. The bath tub doesn't drain right. Shower head isn't great either. This could use an update/repair/upgrade

While most of the Front staff were friendly and welcoming, the lady who checked me in was borderline obnoxious and should probably watch her "tone." Other than that, my stay was wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious, and, above all, the staff is excellent. They are very dedicated and competent. Only the breakfast could be improved to offer better value for money.
