Good location and easy to get to local attractions via walkable or local transportation. We used ride sharing (a little high), walking, Ventura bus pass, and the Big Bus.

great location, clean, love that you can get filtered water in the fitness room.

We arrived at 5:00pm and could not check into our room due to their computers being down. They told us they should be back up in an hour. We came back at 8:30 and were told they still could not check us into our room. They offered no assistance whatsoever. We ended up having to get another hotel. It was AWFUL !!!!

Location was near the lake and Magnificent Mile. Breakfast was nice. It was easy and simple to be there. Parking was a pain as is all of downtown. ($48 for 24 hours).

Room was pretty clean but bit small for a family of 2 adults and a kid. but it was decent. Food option should be elaborated further. Not enough option for Vegetarians.
