Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

It was a relaxing stay.

Les oreillers sont très grosses. J’ai demandé à en avoir une plus petite et ils ne sont jamais venus. Il n’y a pas de mini frigo comme dans la plupart des hôtels. Il n’y a pas de machine à glace non plus. Ce n’est pas pratique du tout. La chambre est petite. Le comptoir lavabo est aussi très petit.

Staff was great, lady at the front desk was fantastic. - but the property was disgusting and the rooms were filthy.

I love this hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, they provided drinking water machine. There is gym and business center downstairs. We like it very much.

room was small, and bathroom was very small. And the room walls were very thin.

Great location . The carpet looked dirty and stained in my room. Staff was good. No cream for the room coffee, just sugared creamer😝I probably won’t stay again until it is scrubbed up. And amenities are more up to par for a $600 2day stay

This is our favorite hotel in Chicago. Convenient as we can walk from Union Station. Room is always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to restaurants and points of interest.

Great location about 15 mins walk from Union Station right on Route 66. Elephant & Castle bar which is attached is a great Sports Bar serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Good location for getting around easy Staff was amazing Super helpful so friendly I thought they were Canadian Fell in love e with Chicago and will definitely stay here next time we go room was great Amenities were amazing

Super fast elevators! Bed was small for two people and pillows were oversized for the small bed. Not much counter or shelf space to put toiletries in bathroom.

Nice location, bed is comfortable. It is great to offer drinking water in refillable bottles .

It’s an older hotel, so the air conditioning is always on, or the heat is. Since it was the start of summer season - full on air, so we were freezing. They brought us a space heater, so that fixed the condition. Their advertised “kitchenette” is only a microwave and small fridge, with no utensils or dishes, so be prepared. Also, the carpet felt constantly wet - wear slippers. Hard bed made for sore mornings, but some people like it that way. We were able to walk to the bus stops to get around, and it’s a short Uber ride from the train station and walk to Avis car rental.

Excellent hotel in downtown Chicago. Cozy and very clean room. Will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff.
