Nice property with three exceptions. First, no grab bar in a very slippery shower. Second, no bellmen. Third, air conditioner was loud when turning on and off. Otherwise, excellent staff and attractive rooms. Good value.

Room was dirty when I brought it to staff attention they requested from housekeeper to clean it while I was out came back hours later and somethings still hadn’t been cleaned. My overall experience was terrible I couldn’t enjoy all the amenities due to others lounging across the room with their shoes off as if they were in their own private room. Just wish I would have chosen a different place

Very smokey and small room. Outside was really noisy at night and so was the knocking of the air conditioner. Paint and furniture was worn out. Something was in the toilet.

The shower smelled like mildew because the base tile was loose and had water under it. The air conditioner fan squealed every time it started. The TV had 2 bright spots on the screen, probably lying from former damage.

The location was fantastic and everything about it was great! We would stay there again for sure!

The Hotel was very clean and they allowed me to get an early check-in which was nice. The parking is expensive so I found a parking garage close by for cheaper.

Location is great if you want to be close to Millenium Park and State Street shopping area. Felt safe. Hotel has restaurants but we did not get a chance to try it. There are so many other options close by.

Check in was a breeze, had read some harsh reviews about booking third party but we had no issues. Never used the rooftop bar, but the people coming down from it always looked happy. Restaurant on the ground floor was amazing. Valets were super nice and timely.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They kept us updated on all the events and activities happening during our stay, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The bathroom however, leaked from the shower having a strange drainage system, the water would run all the way to the hallway, I almost slipped coming back into the room because we spent most if the day outside. The location was great, at a short walk from major attractions which was great cause as a newyorker, the walking was nyc coded, which I liked. Another thing that caused an issue was a qr code to a small discount on the wandella bout tour, which we were going to do anyway so we decided to do it with the hotel’s discount. We booked it at 6:30 pm and then we scheduled the sears tower for 9:00 pm on our own. We never received any confirmation email from scheduling the boat tour, it just showed the tickets and our times were forcibly changed to 8:00 pm which created a conflict with our previously scheduled sears tower tickets and the wandella people just asked us to reschedule for some other say when we just went for the weekend and we lost our tickets and money. I reported it to the front desk and the lady said she was going to take care of it and be in touch and it’s been over a month and no one has reached out yet or got a refund because we booked our attractions based on the times we had available and our time was changed without notice or consent.

Hotel is fun and in a great location.

Room was not very clean and the air conditioning and ventilation was extremely loud. The toilet began to run every 20 minutes. This was a noisy night's sleep. Great restaurant, and the lounge area on the 3rg floor was more than expected.

Great location and room was larger than expected! Price was high based on other facilities but I was already locked into the reservation.

Everything is great, except that only two elevators were operated during my stay and the wait for the elevator was long.
