The hotel is located conveniently to subway and train stations.
-
Overpriced and staff seem not to think customer interaction important. The only positive is the location.

That’s my first time I book online on Expedia app when I check in give me the room. It’s not clean. It’s very bad smelling I’m so sad about that.
-
Room was clean. It had everything i needed. I like the availability of purified water and refillable water bottles on each floor. Gym was clean and had a peloton and useful amount of weights. Good location too. The museum was only a couple blocks. The pub downstairs was decent too.

This hotel is very convenient for Union Station and the local loop stations it also has a pub as part of the hotel.
-
Easy check in! Loved that you are able to send a text message to the front desk to inquire about anything. Another plus was the water station (that included empty 15-20 oz bottles) on your floor near the elevators. Would stay again!

Staff were super friendly, hotel was clean and the water bottles on each floor are a huge plus! Great location, easy walk to Michigan Ave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I believable helpful staff Loved it

My room looked nothing like the photos, hallways are weird and outdated . Look kind of sketchy. The rooms are like in a pod so it seems like you and your neighbors would literally bump doors if they opened outward. So that’s all I heard is them coming in and out. My room didn’t even have a microwave; was real outdated. And parking is far as hell. So I had to Uber so I didn’t have to walk that far in heels when going out.

The coffee machine is touchie at best I had to hold down the brew button 😳 No fridge in room

rooms are dark, small and dated. the hotel is nice, clean and centrally located. staff is great.

-
If you can look past it being dated then the hotel does actually have all the things you need - central location, smart TV with chromecast, iced water station on all floors, nespresso machines in rooms and a decent pub attached. All in all it’s ok if a bit overpriced for the quality. As many other reviews say, the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a refresh. In particular the lighting is not very nice in the rooms and as they lack natural light this creates a bit of a sterile vibe.

The room was small but adequate. The only thing missing was a fridge. We enjoyed the chilled filtered water tho. The staff was very kind and helpful. Needed a fridge

Location, breakfast, ease of check in, nice lobby area, very ccomfortable bed Bathroom was outdated, elevators could be a bit funky and would sometimes not accurately reflect the correct floor in the display. Also was not sure if tip was included with breakfast or not, so I tipped anyway. Staff was not quite sure either.
