Perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at Spectrum Center as it is across the street from the hotel. The staff welcomed us everyone time we walked in and were super helpful when it came to locating places at eat.

As soon as we walked in the room smelled like wet dog/carpet. We could tell the carpet was wet from walking on it. Although we appreciate you trying to clean the carpet, it might just be time for you to replace it. The smell was awful. Other than that, the room was neat and clean, the location was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you!

Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, walking distance to spectrum center. Would certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Hot waffles made by you. Scrambled and sunny side up eggs, sausages, bacon all available for a good time in the morning. Fresh orange and apple juice was endless. It was worth every dollar.

This hotel was in the perfect location for being able to walk to local restaurants and event spaces. The hotel staff is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is a.fine hotel, close enough to the convention center. Train stop is right next to it - which is the convenience and the curse at the same time because of the noise. At least the hotel provides ear plugs.

The stay was great unit 5am. The tram is right next to it and there was banging from 5am-8am plus. It sounded like it was right in our room. Would not stay here if you wanted rest.

Loved the stay! Great location!

I’ve stayed here 2-3 times and will continue my only ask is can the guest get a better price for parking $40/nightly is beyond me. Staff is friendly and rooms have been cleaned thus far.

Location

Location was great but parking was over the top in all of Charlotte. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit dusty and loud due to location.

It was right across the spectrum center, which was perfect as we were there for an event, the valet was very nice and thorough and took care of our car. All the staff inside were very nice. I enjoyed the cleanliness as well as the privacy I felt I had at the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the $100 that’s charged for incidentals. We kept the room clean so we got our money back, but having that like high of an incidental was my only thing I didn’t like.

The room was Great! Spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, Large bathroom! We used this hotel due to my grandson having surgery at Novant. I was not aware the hotel did not have parking available! The area was not marked well as far as where to park had to ask someone! Considered valet parking but was unable to access the area to ask for valet. Did not like that we had to walk in the dark at 5:30 am around the left side of the building in order to just get to the parking garage to find our vehicle then had to pay $54 to park overnight. Plus had to give a $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room! I was caught off guard by the extra charge! Then someone kept calling our room 10 minutes after we got in it but no one would speak then someone started knocking at our door ( scared us due to two females traveling with a toddler). It was the front desk lady and she stated “ isn’t your phone ringing” I said “ yes, but no one answers on the other in” she said “oh it was me I guess the phone cord is bad!” But she never offered to correct the issue! Cannot rate the breakfast due to leaving so early. Oh and the metro runs right by the hotel we knew we were in for a sleepless night due to two packs of ear plugs by the bed.
