Great space, everything is well documented in the welcome sheet and email. The staff are so kind

However, once you finally get in and up the elevators (takes time, there are two hotels stacked on each other in this high rise), the check in, the staff and ultimately the room were all fantastic! The city view from the 21st floor was incredible. Especially at night. Looked like Manhattan. The hotel felt more special than the price would indicate. Great experience, except for the car drop.

Clean , amazing view of city , friendly staff

Overall a good stay. The concierge and other staff were really attentive. The valet was great. A couple not so clean spots in the room but nothing too bad. Overall was a good stay, especially for the location.

Great clean rooms with nice views. Most of the rooms are in higher floors. Fitness room was good. Angelina from the front desk was so helpful.

Breakfast area is extremely small. Our stay was great but breakfast was challenging as food was low due to so many people attempting to eat in a confined space. I would suggest trying to relocate to a larger space

It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. And we the restaurant we chose to dine at was decent. But next time I would probably check out the one on the rooftop

The location was near the concert I attended. And the room was better than I expected. I didn’t like the fact that parking wasn’t included in the room rate.

Nice room.

This property was very clean and very safe. My room on the 19th floor was very big and clean. Everyone in guest services was super helpful with getting me out of the parking garage when I got lost haha. I like that the parking garage has a lot of security and locked doors for guests only. I loved my city views and closeness to important landmarks uptown. I would definitely stay here again.
