The staff was friendly and helpful. This property is located in a great spot if you are attending an event at the Spectrum Center. Rooms are clean.

The rooms are modern and clean, the lobby and outside terrace is lovely.

It was great. We had a wonderful time and wonderful view. Right in the middle of downtown.

It was a very convenient location. The staff were all professional and accommodating! Valet parking was so easy! Addison brought our car around to us at check out and he was very personable and efficient !! The room was very clean and nicely put together ! Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff were so nice and always work my to make sure everyone had all that they needed It was a great property and honestly don’t have any complaints

Hotel was great and room was very nice. But there was a door that swung into the bathroom that caused a maneuvering problem inside the bathroom. Parking was expensive, and I had to wait 20 minutes to retrieve my car at 6:30 am Sunday morning. Overall, I liked the hotel and my room.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was spotless. We loved the premium lounge and the food was great. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. So many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Bartenders were really nice. Clean room. The Premium King room is a bit on the small side for the price. Pillows go flat within seconds and housekeeping schedule caused someone coming to service our room near 2pm although we had been out since 11am.

It was OK If you park yourself, you have to pay or if you get valet parking

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to help. Rooms were clean and adequate. I found the bed very hard and had a tough time sleeping. I woke up with little sleep and many aches. My husband thought the bed was ok. There aren't many amenities. They push you to go to the YMCA. We ordered room service breakfast and it arrived in a bag. No table, plates, or real utensils. My husband tried buttering his bread (they don't give you toast at breakfast) and his plastic knife broke and since he had to eat out of a plastic container in his lap, the bread fell on the floor. We've stayed here a few times and it has been ok, but we'll probably stay at the Westin or JW Marriott next time due to the hard beds and plastic room service containers.

My room was hot .

Toilet was continuously running and neighbor was yelling and playing TV loud. Staff however, was AMAZING!!
