Everything was good outside of smelling marijuana coming out of other rooms on our floor

This is a great hotel in a great location. Only thing I would change is the parking. There should be some type of discount or included parking

The staff was amazing and very kind and helpful. The hotel was cool and I liked the room, the bar and the little grocery store. The only issue we had was finding the place. I knew from reading other reviews that the check in entrance was on the 3rd Floor, but when we went to the 3rd Floor there was absolutely no signage. And the ground signage was also abysmal. We walked right past it. We wandered around the 3rd Floor (which is outside) in the heat for for too long. Someone came out of another property to tell us we were not allowed there, and that's when we had the chance to ask for directions. The entrance we were looking for was for the Elevator area to take us to the actual Lobby, which was on the 5th Floor. I have never had such a hard time checking in to anywhere. Please do better with your signage. Otherwise, the stay was great.

One of the beds had a dip in the middle, which contributed to the discomfort. The A/C was very noisy and ineffective - it seems to be blowing room temperature air. We tried to fix this by setting the temp lower, but to no avail. The front desk staff were quite abrupt, I did not feel comfortable even asking for directions. This is not a hotel that should be recommended.

The staff was excellent. The upkeep of the rooms don’t match the common area. Once you got upstairs carpet needs to be replaced. The elevator smelled like urine. The rooms need renovation.

Nice and relaxing

The location was perfect, it was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. There was hair on the walls in the shower, no microwave and breakfast was not free.
