Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and other meals in the restaurant. The servers were nice and attentive to our needs. Especially Brandon and Mikayla. The only critism we have is that no fresh coffee is available after breakfast, how is that possible? I was shocked. Seems shortsighted for what is quite a good restaurant As for the overall experience because we came to Charlotte to rest, the beds, the quietness,and the pool turned out to be just what we needed. Thank you for a great stay

My toilet clogged and overflowed. Pool furniture was really cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was great though.

Room was spacious with a great sitting area. Best hotel breakfast ever (included eggs, pancakes, etc). Oddly, the bathroom was small and lacked a counter for toiletries. Shuffle to/from the airport was great. Call after arriving and they will send the shuttle for you. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Overall a very positive experience

The room I had smelt like someone smoked in there. I made sure I told the front desk and the a/c was loud

Great place to stay prior to or after traveling. Hotel shuttle is every 30 minutes, and parking there is certainly cheaper than parking at the airport.

Was perfect to go to the Bank of America Stadium

$55 early check-in fee. Otherwise, stay was excellent, and restaurant food was delicious.

Pool was in terrible condition, dead bugs everywhere. No Umbrellas, furniture is in poor condition. In the room the sink faucet handle broke when turned on the first time, looks like someone siliconed it back in place. Reported the problem and was told someone would come fix it but they never did. When I told them on check out along with the tub faucet running a constant steam of water when the water was off but they didn't seem to care about either issue, they told me to report it to corporate and I might get some points on my account. This use to be a nice property but has gone down hill, stay somewhere else!

Room was not clean, tables had plenty of dust, shower drain was clogged, same as toilet, causing water overflow. Called main line to bring extra towels but they never did.

Ok for a 3 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend

This was a great location for the airport. The lobby areas smelled great and looked clean. Our room was not very clean but we sucked it up since it was only one night. We saw our receipt and got charged $199 for using a channel that we did not realize there was additional charges for. I will be disputing that. The restaurant Oscars was good and had great service. Room service was friendly but lobby check in staff was not. Overall not great.

The fan on the air conditioning unit was running very loud. Kept me awake most of the night. Could not shut the fan off. The faucet on the tub/shower was broken. Half of the handle was missing. There was black mold around the bathroom sink in the faucet area. The room was very dark and smelled like a motel room.
