Excellent staff, comfortable room and smooth on time airport shuttle.. I will stay again.

Very close to CLT. The shuttle was on time. Air conditioner worked very well. Staff are nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

Easy and quick check-in, friendly front desk staff, clean and spacious room, comfy bed, AC worked great, clean bathroom with LED mirror lighting. There’s plenty of parking and it looked like they had an airport shuttle (we didn’t use though). The only thing that was ok was the breakfast. Waffles were the only hot food available, so no eggs or sausage. Also no fruit or yogurt. They also had muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, milk, and juice

My flight was cancelled and I was able to get a room at the hotel. The woman at the desk was professional even with more than 12 people to check in (we all had flights cancelled). Mattress in room was THE most comfortable one I’ve slept on in a hotel.

The facilities were very clean and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Convenient to the CLT airport.

It was decent, close to the airport, and has a shuttle The breakfast has nothing healthy. Not an apple, not a yogurt, nothing. It’s all bread and sugar.
