Clean and perfect for what we needed with good airport transportation

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also great along with the 24 hour complimentary coffee/cocoa. Mr. James specifically was very welcoming and informative about the area.

Very dirty, overrun hotel. The cabinet in our room was held up with cardboard, all the furniture was either stained or broken. There was black mold in the sink and shower. Disgusting hotel.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel was fine but it’s the first place I’ve been where they wanted you to pay for parking in addition to paying for your room. That somewhat soured me on the experience.

Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were also clean although they show wear on some of the furniture. They may be in need of a refresh or an update. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel.

Staff at the front desk were kind and respectful. A staff member (woman) serving breakfast on Sunday, June 14th, was rude and raised her voice at me without any reason. Then, acted like she didn't do anything wrong. Plus, the room wasn't that clean.

Staff was amazing and room was great I would definitely stay here again and thr breakfast was good also. Felt safe with having to have key cars to even go up elevator.

I stayed 4 nights and asked front desk for housekeeping to remove trash each day and never received any housecleaning services at all. This nice hotel will quickly deteriorate with this level of service and management.

Other than it was good as usual with Holiday Inn Express

Our room would not automatically lock when we left and the front desk did not seem to care about our safety. They said they would call maintenance and had no other rooms for the night. We never got an update. Luckily our room locked from the inside but we still had to keep our valuables in our car when we had to leave the property. The elevator dinged every time someone got on and off the elevator so bring some earplugs since the walls are paper-thin. That was the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Also be prepared to pay for parking... which is absolutely ridiculous!! Was also disappointed the pool was closed. On the plus side the room appeared to be clean. Will be staying elsewhere when we come back to Charlotte. I felt ripped off by this hotel.

Property was very convenient to the airport. Staff was very nice. My only complaint is having to pay to park our car while we stayed there.

The bathroom floor was not cleaned very well.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I didn’t like how you had to pay to park. I’m already paying to sleep there, why do I have to pay to park there as well. Also the AC in the room was terrible. The room was very muggy and humid

Great stay and delicious breakfast

Our only complaint was getting housekeeping to take our trash and dirty towels and supply us with clean towels. We never saw housekeeping our entire stay. We got towels from the front desk.

I love everything that’s my favorite spot

staff was exceptional
