Very nice and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again! The walls are kind of thin, but that didn’t bother us that much! Great breakfast options and the location has plenty of walkable restaurants nearby.

This was my first experience and I enjoyed it. The front desk , valet, the bartender were all nice and professional. I will be booking again.

Easy to walk the area. Free breakfast was okay. They only refresh rooms every other day so if you come in for the weekend don’t expect the room to get attended. Room was okay, just wish it had a small table and two chairs to sit at versus one chair and one tall chair for a tall desk area. Overall, okay but could be better. No parking, only $45 valet per day.

Very nice hotel. About a 25 minute walk to the stadium. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and clean rooms! Seems recently updated

The ladies that helped with breakfast was super sweet front desk. Staff was OK. The room was pretty clean. I wish it was filled with body wash before I arrived. Overall experience was great. The room in bedroom was a little kitchen as well if you need

Me and my son stayed a night for the Forrest Frank concert at the Spectrum Center!!! Our room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend staying here in Charlotte!!

The front desk staff was not friendly. After arriving home I noticed some of my cloths were not in the luggage we immediately called (nect morning) as of today, no call back even though it was stated since we called so quickly someone would contact us. We were prepared to pay for shipping. No call back or email. Horrible customer service.

Wish there was more of a selection at your restaurant for food. Maybe you guys can invest in that. It would have been nice to sit somewhere close and have to walk for some good food
