My wife and had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hilton! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent — super friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist us with directions and getting around the area, which made our short trip much easier and more enjoyable. The only small downside was that breakfast was not included, but everything else more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Guests have to pay 35.00 to park and 45.00 for breakfast, absolutely insane. If your paying good money to stay at a property, parking should be included. Also 50 incidental fee, I tried to pay with cash and the girl refused, she said has to be a card, I don't like that bc they take the money off instantly and it takes 5 to 7 days to get it back. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Had an issue with the fridge and the staff immediately fixed it. Everyone was incredibly friendly

Room-10 , Staff-10 , Location-10 , Amenities-10 , etc. overall 5 stars of a possible 5 stars. While I can’t speak with any authority or knowledge of the parking situation in downtown Charlotte NC. I feel that $35 daily for a guest is excessive.

Excellent staff and extremely clean property

People at front desk could use some training, they were not to friendly and acted like they didnt want to be there that was obvious. Restaurant staff was great morning or night.

Staff was awesome and responsive to requests. Clean room and in great location.

The rooms AC was getting the carpet wet. We were moved to the room next door. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our two night stay.
