Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Parking was great!

Great place to stay for all the things to do in downtown Charlotte. We'll definitely stay there again.

Property is downtown, have to park in a parking structure adjacent to the hotel. Parking is tight , hotel is great, rooms are large, Bkfst is actually pretty good with a much wider food variety than usual. Pool is nice with plenty of seating and even a nice grill. Has an exercise facility as well. Would recommend, parking is about $37 but the hotel validates so u can come and go. It is across the street from the NASCAR museum and plenty of great restaurants downtown. Door dashed from Mimosa Grill, the salmon and the rainbow trout and sweet potatoes were delicious. It is also located right next-door to a Whole Foods market.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and even ready early! Everything worked great and the room was so nice!!!

WiFi is weak near pool, therefore their streaming TV Service didn’t work most of the time

Parking fees and walking from the parking garage to the hotel was the only downside. Other than that our stay was great.

Room is good and big

Be aware that parking is expensive being right downtown. If you are going to the Convention Center, the NASCAR hall of fame, or the arts district this location is great. You can also get public transport from the airport for only $2.20 each way. Whole foods is just a few hundred feet away which is great if you want to save $$ on dining. Their foot bar is excellent and a good value. However, there are many good choices of places to eat as well. Be sure to check out The Green half acre park next to the Convention Center.

Very close very secure

This is a standard business hotel; the room was clean and spacious; however the property fell short in several areas. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty and was not filled, the shower tank was apparently not sloped correctly and accumulated water on one corner, the breakfast buffet ran out of several hot dish items very quickly (and surprisingly they even ran out of silverware and then even plastic ware), and the reception staff was not terribly friendly.

I loved my room. What a gorgeous view of the city, particularly at night. Conveniently located next to the convention center. The kitchen is so handy, and Whole Foods is just a few doors down. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Parking was not fun a couple of the days we stayed because the hotel was overbooked for a convention that was in town and you had to wait for hotel staff from front desk to run over to the garage to unlock the elevator. And if you were coming from the garage to get validated you had to wait in the lobby for someone to come back from garage to validate. When they are overbooked they really need additional staff to cover the desk and a runner to let you in the elevator of parking garage. But other than that annoyance its a nice place to stay.

This hotel was excellent. Good amenities, very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. We would definitely stay again when in Charlotte. We were there to see a concert. Great location as we were able to walk to our event and to dinner.

Hotel is well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and kitchen is descent. Great place to stay during the Heroes Con and walking distance to the Convention Center and some places to eat.

The beds are uncomfortable. Mattresses are worn. The rooms are big. The main problem was the walls are thin. We could hear every other room. One had a crying baby the other side had music well into the early morning. we could even hear people across the hall talking. Rough night sleep all around.
