We were definitely impressed with our stay at Springhill Suits! The room was so clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The staff being friendly and accommodating definitely put it over the top! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Ya me e quedado en ese hotel como por 3 ocasiones todo a estado muy bien el lugar muy tranquilo seguro serca de algunas atracciones y de tiendas y restaurantes todo súper bien me seguiría quedando allí. Lo único pero es detalle menor es el desayuno si pudieran variar poquito más estaría súper o agregar otras opciones pero en fuera todos muy bien.

The hotel is very nice. It was clean and the cleaning staff & front desk staff were amazing. Thank you for an awesome stay. I wanted a pool size room And thought I reserved that but, I was given a room on the 2nd floor. It was still a nice room. The second thing was breakfast. It was not okay. No pancakes, waffles or French toast for the kids. The bacon was not all the way cooked and there were only one type of muffin.

We stayed there for our universal studios trip and the place was amazing. Also breakfast was delicious. Will be staying there again next time.

Loved my huge ADA mobility room and layout. I could live there. Everything was clean and modern. The free breakfast area could use more seating at times. My only negative is that no one is available to assist with luggage to room if desired. Checking in and out was challenging for me but I use a cane and was traveling solo. Staff were okay.
