Great hotel. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was big enough to do fitness swimming (rare for a hotel pool). Very clean room and everything went quickly with check in.

The man in charge of our check-in was AMAZING. Great hospitality, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Outdoor pool was the cherry on top. Definitely will be coming back.

Great Customer service. Front desk went above and beyond. Also hooked up my family with those delicious cookies, that was a plus.

It's the best hotel in Bakersfield CA. The lobby check in was beautiful contemporary lighting and modern. Front desk people were nice and welcoming. Roomy and spaces, the most important is very quiet. Security gate around and lights. We'll stay here every time we in Bakersfield CA. The owner should offer the senior discount like 50% because people can't eat too much because they all pre diabetic.

I was a hotel mgmt professional for many years of my career and I’m very clear what services/ amenities are to be expected from different types of lodging. This is worse than anything I’ve ever seen. The hotel refused to provide a refund and so did Hotels.com - after chatting with their agent and talking on the phone to a manager, two hours later, I finally hung up/ gave up (though we booked a secondary hotel thru them for the same night, and 7 nights all over Ca leading up to today). We will not be using them again that’s for sure!

Cockroaches blinds didn’t close very noisy on the first floor people stomping around don’t stay here

Love the spacious clean room with spa tub

I made reservations online and upon arriving they wanted an additional 100 dollars for a security deposit. That should be included in the overall totam when your making your reservation online. Also for the hotel to multiple floors there should be elevators available. I canceled. It was just a hassle.

Overall great stay, will stay again. Clean and friendly staff.

I didn't like the check-in, they made me wait 2 hours for the delivery of my room and they gave me another one that wasn't!

The hotel can be a bit of a maze, but it is very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

The pool and cabana are absolutely amazing! Great for family time. Property is very nice, layout of the hallways is odd but no problem.

I ve staid there when it was called Hotel Rosedale for at least 10 years. Perfect location for me Yoiu need to reopen the Bull Shed

The pool is huge and a real highlight of this hotel. The only let down is the breakfast. Don't waste your money on it and if you get it as part of your room deal, don't expect much.
