I have stayed here several yimes snd it is awlays vlean & the staff always friendly.

Where to start, the girl from front desk, was not customer service oriented, AT ALL, I know is hard now a days to find good customer service but she needs training. 2, when we were going to our room the hallways had an awful fishy smell (3rd floor) very strong, luckily the smell was not inside the room, I did call reception and they said they would let maintenance know, the smell did fade out and eventually went away, and last but not least, there was a roach in the bathroom, simply disgusting, the guy from check out was nice so that was good. Definitely won’t be coming here again, will try the one across the street.

Lovely room and excellent service! I had a great experience at this property. My room was very nice, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. On top of that, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the chocolate chip cookie at the check in is always a bonus. I’d gladly stay here again!

Good location in close proximity to the airport. Food and shopping choices close by. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Gym with Peloton bike. Staff was courteous and helpful offering cookies and complimentary water.

My only complaint is that upon checking in, staff didn’t tell us of the hike we’d have to do, from parking to our room & did not offer luggage cart. Also throughout, hallway carpets and entry doors were filthy.

Room common areas are vast and the resort like atmosphere is very good as well as the the swimming pool Nothing

WiFi did not work in the room that I was in. And I had work to do. WiFi in the lobby worked but there was music being played and therefore I couldn’t be on Zoom calls from there. After several tries and decided to check out a day early. Hoping to get refunded for one night. But haven’t seen that yet.
