Reservation for 2 rooms, hotel only honored one. Paid $170 for a second room. Expedia only refunded me $155. And there was a 45 min checkin where I wanted my 2 rooms but he only had one for me. Management was called. The worst!

One-night stay on the way north. Terrific place to stay. The desk staff were terrific, so welcoming and friendly. We used the Bistro st the hotel, for light dinner and breakfast. Was just what we wanted. And the person helping us at the Bistro was very informative and also very friendly. We would stay there again anytime.

Bistro was not open, was hoping to grab food and coffee. Starbucks is advertised but when guest service said they could make a drink it was not the same at all, especially for almost $20. Microwave was dirty. Grab n go food in fridge was 2 sandwiches

This was a great hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the bistro and bar. Very safe, quiet and comfortable. I’d go back.

Breakfast is disappointing and expensive: they just microwave some stuff. I prefer a buffet so I can take what I want and get going and not having to order my food and wait for it to be "cooked".

Ou room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We liked the toiletries, too. We were happy with our stay.

No free breakfast; coffee was out (even after notifying staff and asking for some); $10 parking fee (which seemed unnecessary as the lot was big.

No free coffee to go in the lobby. No buffet breakfast. Instead they have a sit down place where you have to order food from a small menu that they will microwave for you. Yuk.
