The Room was beat up… lightbulbs missing and the toilet was clogged & unflushable from previous patrons. Coffee maker didn’t work, flies in the unit and the floor hadn’t been cleaned for ages. I threw out my socks- they were blackened on the bottom from dust and ashes. I saw 3 drug deals go down on the property. This place might be ok for a quick stay then you’ll be happy to leave without incident! Only reason for decent rating is they let me check in early

Rooms need to be cleaned and staff needs to be more nice. Was treated bad.

Will never stay here again. You pay for what you want. It’s cheap but not worth it.

Air conditioned room is refreshing on the hot summer days. Pets stay free, very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One cabinet had a broken hinge. Lamp shades had a lot of hair. Bathroom was great. Fridge works good. Microwave worked. Stovetop looked like a death trap. Didn't even try to operate it. Missing nobs burnt out filaments. Abused badly by someone. Bed were good and a/c worked really well. Couldn't park in front of our room. A truck was there already. Front was covered by dog fecal matter so much the smell was so strong. Then some other guest decided to play music well into the night. I think is was the truck in front of our room. Left several times but the music never was lowered till late at night. 12-1am. Or so. This place could be so much better.

Had to leave immediately after check in due to finding bed bugs checking my room. 2nd night refunded was told to you for first night But no way to contact and all communication was AI. They will not refund until you contact them about knowing problem

Close to where I was going easy to get to the freeway. covenant location to get around town. when we need something like an iron or towels they were more than accommodating. our lights blowout they fixed it right away. Staff is nice and helpful. the pictures are deceiving. although there is they monitor the parking lot and building there is still shady things going on around the building. I believe people live their long term, so it is not your typical hotel where people are coming and going.

Nice, quiet, allows pets without a pet fee.

Staff never made a bad key.

For someone who has stayed at many hotels for work & vacations, this one takes a good slice of the cake. Driving up to property I can tell it wasn’t going to be a good stay homeless people standing & walking around so already wasn’t feeling safe. Shot staffed in the office took almost an hour just to get checked in mind you I already had a reservation. Drive to my room observing the place & noticing drugged out people knocking on random doors not a place I wanted to stay. Fearing for my safety & my vehicle I found a spot to park. I get to my room & it smelled heavy on cigarette smoke, room looked rundown light fixtures old worn out cabinets were old and almost falling apart, refrigerator door was broken hard to close, big holes with patches on bathroom door restroom door wouldn’t close properly. Go to take shower there was long black women's hair all over the shower walls & floor. What looked to be blood on shower curtain. Person in room next to mine was up all night making noise. Worst stay I’ve had. Called my wife and told her we will never stay at the place again. I’m glad it was me only staying & not my family.

Very clean property, friendly staff, close to Wecks, Dollar Tree, Sprouts, Petco, Circle K, Whataburger, McDonald's, and Sandia Casino is right up the road.

Nice fridge, perfect stove for cooking, microwave for reheating meals. Staff is friendly and property is clean.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Property was run down, rooms had a weird smell, beds were lumpy, ac was cracked, shower/ tub was patched up with plaster as well as the ceilings, smoke detector was disconnected, rooms were not easy to find, didn't feel very safe, took 20-30 minutes to get checked in. We will definitely not be staying there again.
