La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque Northeast

Room is okay for just one night but we stayed for two nights that made our experience not so good as the room is not extactly what this room pictures are showing. The restroom was too small to move for a heavy person. Overall okay just for one night or few hours of sleep.

The room had spots on the walls, stains on pillow cases, and roaches. The refrigerator in the room did not work. There were no buckets for the ice machine. Drug addicts and prostitutes live in some of the rooms. The pool was drained with trash all over. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

And now, in looking at my credit card statement I found that they have changed me three times for the same one night stay! Then we ate at the Denny’s that was in their parking lot and found out that they wouldn’t accept our AARP discount card. The waitress said it’s because they were loosing money. Needless to say I have Nothing good to say about our stay and will be asking for some type of compensation. Our experience was unacceptable! And on top of everything, they charged me Twice for a refundable room charge incase we did something to their room. And to date haven’t received any refund! Ugh! I will be talking to them tomorrow about compensation!

A 2 stars hotel. Expect no frills.

And all this just in the lobby. I get to my room and it's even worse. I've stated a few places that needed a remodel. This one needed a demolition. As soon as you walk to the door you get hit with a musty moldy smell. Stains, on the bedspread. Some type of nasty liquid in the bottom of the refrigerator. Food crumbs all over the sitting chair. I think there's stealing their cable because nothing on the guide lined up to what was actually being shown on the TV . My room was next to a small green belt, which everyone who has visited with a dog the last year has left a souvenir behind which has never cleaned up. Someone over the last couple days stepped in a fresh deposit and it smeared it all across the sidewalk. The people who own this place definitely do not take pride in ownership. I would rather sleep with the homeless zombies in albuquerque, then to stay at this place again

The staffing did not come by to replace towels or clean. The property was cleaned okay. All amenities were not as useful because the pool was closed.

The room was advertised as handicap accessible. The bathroom had fair space and grab bars but the bedroom itself was small and inaccessible considering the furniture. There was no room for a regular manual wheelchair and the narrow wheelchair we had would not fit thru the room between the beds and the dresser/TV stand. The room was not clean (my feet got blackened by simply walking across the room barefooted). In addition, the bathtub was dirty/stained, and both the tub and the sink had mold growing around the side and the basin. The light switch by the door controlled nothing from what I could tell, and the curtain over the air conditioner was torn and had a hole in it. I definitely won't be staying here again...

My bed sheets had blood stains on the bottom sheet! The white bed cover was heavily stained.Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Floor was not mopped because my feet and socks were black after my shower! Window drapes were ripping off the rod! Instead of breakfast they should spend the money on new bedding and drapes, and a mop that really cleans the floor! New mattress would be amazing. Won’t be staying at LaQuinta. Ever again.

Pool had no water, bedspread had stains, shower felt grungy, a/c was loud and blew directly on one of the beds, one person panhandling outside our room. Breakfast was adequate but this wouldn't be my top choice for a hotel!

I did not check in when I walked in the lobby was dingy, smelled and looked dirty. I turned around and walked in

The upkeep wasn’t very good. Seems dirty around the property. But rooms were clean and ac worked.

Cleaning outside rooms

Stayed in a quiet, I mean quiet place we over slept til 930 suppose to be up at 630. The ac was nice and cold and missed breakfast. Hey Dennys was right next door. Anytime staying in area would def stay again.

Pretty shady guests either their doors open and just weird sketchy vibe. No elevator and broken stairs.

Room was filthy, had prior guests socks still in it, gum on the floor, stained blankets and sheets, and mold in the bathroom. The pool was completely green, bags of trash stacked up all over.

Nothing Shower water wouldn’t stay hot beds are worn out rooms have dust and dirt everywhere and the bedding was stained.

An old run down hotel, dingy sheets dirty floors, bad lighting. The sink had trouble draining and the shower lining had a musty smell. The beds and towels were nice.
