Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque-Journal Center

Our room was upgraded to a bigger suite which was very nice. I did have to clean the toilet, but the rest of the room was fairly clean.

Clean room & breakfast was nice. Liked the layout of the suite.

Horrible smell and not as clean.

Location is good. Parents should supervise their children. I almost got hit by a bat. There were baseball teams staying at the hotel. Maybe a sign to remind the parents would be good. Ran out of shower gel. We called in the evening and were told that some would be brought to our room. No one came. I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning and was told, we don't have housekeeping staff at night so there is no way someone was going to bring you some shower gel. She also told me that they didn't have any at all and we would have to wait until the delivery at 8:30 on Saturday morning for some. We finally got some!

Very nice suite with lots of room for our family of 3 and 2 med-large dogs 😊

Room was clean. King bed. Small functional kitchen with full refrigerator. Very happy and helpful staff. Excellent hot breakfast. Well stocked hot tea selection and good coffee. Would stay again

great room. right next to the elevator, but still very quiet. Very happy about that. kids loved the suite with the kitchenette and full-sized fridge. The indoor pool was cloudy and had to go to the front desk for towels. room and beds were great and cozy. very nice room. would stay again with the kids. walking distance to cracker barrel for breakfast. the included breakfast was also good.

The breakfast was good to start the day. The room was clean and the only thing that did not work in the room was the tv. We could not get it to work.

Kitchen had plates, bowls, drinkware, silverware, some cooking utensils.

If you have guests that would require them to use the sofa bed, DONT. It’s extremely uncomfortable. We had to change hotels the next day. Not only because of that but because the pool was really murky and it was one of the reasons we chose that hotel.
