Check in was a bit disorganized and hectic. Went for Boots n the Park expected sold out rooms

The office and the storage space of the clothes and items was amazing.

Excellent hotel very clean and comfortable bar and eatery on site

It was nice to be at a hotel that made you feel special. We called room service for an extra blanket and they brought it to us immediately. Customer service isn’t like this anymore.

Check-in was seamless with the assistance from "Elizabeth". VERY friendly! The staff overall were EXCELLENT! Some construction/renovation noise the first morning.

Location was within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel

The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in to get our room. Booked a double queen and instead we got a king with a roll out bed. The roll out bed was aweful, the frame was broken in the middle of the bed and the mattress sunk in.

Very nice. Clean, staff was excellent.

Hotel and amenities were excellent. Only problem I had was with the parking. Parking was very limited and the spaces were compacted. Only downside about the hotel.

I was very disappointed when I checked out and was charged 4 dollars a night for parking in a cramped lot with no security. No free coffee in the lobby for guests. Restaurant on sight was very expensive. When they printed my receipt it said the room charge was less than what I paid!? I am not a fan of shell games which after being HH member for years when traveling for work it seems Hilton has quite the shell game going on.

Ck in! I was not about to try finding a room for myself and my elderly father last minute and be charged for this room as well. Needless to say the rollaway bed very uncomfortable. To top it all off was check out in morning…i asked for copy of my charge and they only gave me a $10 discount for an inconvenience that was not my fault! I will definitely think twice before choosing this hotel for future stays…

Great stay!

The heated pool was a blast for the kids. It was relaxing and the gym was helpful also the washer and dryer help out a lot. The rooms were clean and it was spacious. Continental breakfast was not offered even thought it was on the advertisement. That was the reason I booked the rooms. I would have liked to have the kids and parents have breakfast before our day started. Thank you.
