Room was clean but the bathroom door was not working had to relocated to another room the next day we ended up adding another night more expensive than the one I reserved 🙃 but overall it was a good hotel stay we went for a funeral and my whole families that came from all over the country and out of country stay here.

Location is very good.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With friendly service, clean accommodations, and a good location, it offers solid value for the price.

Everything was very clean, the apartment have everything you need and the people are very friendly on the reception.

Exceptional

One night stay after universal studios trip. Easy check in and very quiet on top floor, we had a two queen room with couch bed and kitchenette! Pet friendly and decent breakfast with coffee and water offered all day. There is a gator Named “Winter” in a pond in the back, they were unbothered! Would stay again to get out of the “Orlando bubble” when visiting!

Smaller, newer hotel. Staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome! The breakfast selection wqs nice and coffee was on point. The temperature control did not allow a constant fan option, which made the room freezing or sweating. There was way too much light in the room during the night and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I

It was a great stay. My family was very impressed. Very clean!!!

When I arrived to check-in at 10:30 pm the receptionist could not find my reservation even though I showed her my booking reference. Instead of taking initiative and help finding it, she was just standing there while I had to be on the phone with the booking agency until 12:15 am. They had to call her twice to get her to look up the reservation correctly. Not a good experience as it took 90 minutes to check-in.

My only complaint is that the washing machines are run by quarters and I had to go to a gas station to get some. You should be allowed to get quarters and charge it to your room or have a quarter machine available. That said everything else there was great

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was spectacular from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was perfect, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Definitely a 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel! ✨
