I barely got to see much, I only saw the lobby which looked clean and nicely kept, the customer service wasn't bad even though a recently hired employee was attending us but it could've been better. The reason for my rating is that I never actually got the chance to stay at the property. Before booking, I confirmed that the minimum check-in age was listed as 18. Since I’m 20, I believed I met the requirements. However, when I arrived after driving four hours from Hialeah to Orlando, I was told that guests under 21 could not check in without someone 21 or older present. As a result, I had to cancel a reservation that I had paid for weeks in advance. While I did receive a refund a few days later, $140 was deducted because the cancellation happened on the day of check-in. I also had to quickly find and pay for another place to stay, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I can’t comment on the room itself, but I do believe this could have been avoided if the age requirement had been clearly and accurately listed when I made the reservation. I hope this information is updated so future guests don’t experience the same issue.

BEWARE!!!! The website does not tell you when you book that they do NOTHING in your room until 3 days!! THEY DONT take out trash, make beds or even give you new towels. This franchise is CHEAP!! If this were stated on their website I WOULDN’T have booked a room there.

They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice.

Rooms were clean and inviting, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. That the breakfast was only open until 9am, 9:30am-10am would have been better.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were alot of people checking in at the same time and staff were attentive, courteous and professional. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was super comfy. Common areas were well appointed and inviting. Nothing.
