Hampton inn was so nice! The staff were friendly and they have a shuttle that picked us up at the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok, limited options but great for a smaller hotel, Room was ok, there was some wear and tear with regards to the bathroom wall or behind the ac, also saw a bug but we were on the first floor so he could have come in with guests, room wasnt exactly what I paid for or expected but it worked.

Great stay. Beds are comfy the check-in & out process is super quick, staff is friendly and breakfast food options are great! We stay here anytime we are in town because in our opinion it’s the best affordable option that is clean and has a great selection for breakfast (and 25hr coffee service).

After a long day of travel delays, the person at reception was the best part of our day. Even at 12:30am he was cheerful and friendly, even giving us snacks and water. Didn’t catch his name but he was much appreciated.

Very brief stay for five hours between a UConn game and a 4 AM departure for a flight from Bradley. However, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a very convenient location for air travel - only five minutes to the airport parking.

Close to the airport but not too loud from airplanes. Close to the highway. Bear's BBQ restaurant was next door and easily walked to (food was ok, not great). Ample parking. Safe area but not much you can walk to. Breakfast was awful. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice. Exercise room was small but clean.
