This was the worse experience I ever had I don’t know how they operate my key card didn’t operate I was locked out my room two days in a row and the help line didn’t help they kept lying saying someone would come help they came until the concierges work time so I will never stay at this hotel again

I booked this hotel while driving to my father's funeral because I just needed a few hours of sleep before continuing my trip. Unfortunately, I never stayed. I walked into the room, looked around for less than five minutes, turned around, and left. I accepted losing the cost of the room because there was no way I could spend the night there. The bathroom was shocking. The bathtub was covered in rust with chunks missing from it. The bathroom counter had cigarette burns all over it, and the toilet looked stained and dirty. The kitchen was just as bad, with sticky grease everywhere, damaged and missing cupboard pieces, stained walls, and an overall feeling of neglect. The chairs were ripped and heavily stained. The only positive thing I can honestly say is that the refrigerator appeared to be newer and clean. The check-in process was equally strange. If you arrive after 10 p.m., there isn't anyone working on-site. Instead, you're greeted by what looks like a prison phone where you dial 0 and wait for someone to answer and send another person over to check you in. It was an unsettling first impression before even seeing the room. I've stayed in budget hotels before and understand they won't be luxury accommodations, but there is a huge difference between being affordable and being neglected. This room felt unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely run down. Walking away and losing my money

This was the worst establishment in which I have ever stayed. It was frightening. The front desk workers were weird and ominously quiet; the manager never smiled and was in over her head, and not once, did I see anyone cleaning the rooms. Further, it stands isolated, on its own, away from the main street, eateries, or shopping. Never put yourself through this torment, just stay elsewhere. Your car would be safer.

I didn't like that you have to pay for clean linens. Either you pay per week or wash them yourself. And the on site laundry is more expensive than average.

Would never consider staying again

It was filthy & just AWFUL.

The room door handle was broken. The bathroom room walls are dirty. The bathroom door had a fist print in it. Their was garbage bags in the hallway outside of some of the rooms

Staff was very helpful and easy access for parking, though there’s a weird smell as I enter the building and the halls of my room but that didn’t bother me too much. The appliances in my room were working but the floors were pretty sticky as well has having WiFi problems. The shower pressure was pretty good better than most hotels I’ve been too in the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend it.

The location and the room size Roaches , no staff available to complain or get my money back

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I left the next day. There is no one at the front desk during certain hours. The toilet was leaking from the bottom water was all over the floor. The employees are rude. People live in the hotel. People had dogs in the hotel which I’m allergic to I broke out in hives. The towels were dirty. I have stayed at other Extended Stays before this was the worst one. Strange people were walking the halls all night I did not feel safe at all. If I could rate this a zero I would.
