Chicago Club Inn & Suites

During the time I stayed I called ahead of time to check that my room was ready because I was going to start being on my way but he rudely ignored my question proceeded to ask when was the room for when I have already addressed it. He continued saying that there was a deposit I had no issue paying but couldn’t explain to me and hung up the phone on me. I called again to ask why he was being so rude when all I asked was if my room was ready and didn’t reply to me again and decided to basically raise his voice and say “IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH”. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and yet I have never met such a rude worker over 1 single question. As I arrive upon the room there was some things that were very misleading for example, the floors were not cleaned after my shower I saw the towel and that’s how I found out the floor wasn’t clean I lifted the towel it wasbrown I also have photos of my stay and there were certain stains left from other people being in there which I find highly disturbing especially reading the positive reviews before I got the place. The room I got with my partner was alright but why in the hell were there black specs in the hot tub when I asked ahead of time if they do a through cleaning and they said yes ?????? That’s super misleading I had to buy Lysol just to make sure it wasn’t anything weird and cleaned it myself. Personally the tub in the room was nice and all but you guys really need to keep up with your business

Love coming here, always a great experience

It was a decent experience. The people were considerate and thoughtful of the experience. The building itself was clean and neat. Well, taken care of in decent to stay at.

The bathroom was dirty , it was nasty

Simple and relaxing resort with serene garden courtyard. Hubby and I enjoyed the 2 person whirlpool tub. The room could use a refresh but served our purpose of staycation. Hot breakfast was fresh.

The room was clean. The linen doors were stuck. The doors were made of mirrors but definitely off track. The jacuzzi was leaking water around the knobs. I had to build towel mountains around the faucets. The worst part was a rodent bug going across the tv. I was just praying it didn’t get in my things. I recorded everything! I had already set up all my birthday decorations. So I didn't switch rooms. Nice red lights. Room was spacious!

Breakfast was good Room was dirty. Bathroom floor wasn’t even swept. If u staying there for a weekend they not changing your towels or making beds. Hotel was smell like weed store.

We loved the hot jacuzzi tub in our room. It was huge clean and well maintained!!!

Do not stay here!!!

Clean room, only issue was the fridge started leaking other than that it was good. Breakfast was good as always. Staff was very nice and friendly, the hot tub was nice will definitely go again. The indoor pool was nice as well, I enjoyed my stay.

My granddaughter was 8 months pregnant and the front desk clerk made her wait til I arrived to check in. I was in one car and she was in another
