Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites

Room amenities poor. My room had no shampoo. Toilet was clogged and room smelled. The door to room was ajar and changed rooms because of bathroom.

Room was clean overall. Bathroom could use a remodel looks dingy. Beds are not comfy at all! Need new pillows and mattresses bad. Overall give the rooms a 3.5/5. Parking is not the best. $50 a night and the spots are WAY too cramped . When cars park next to each other makes it difficult to get in and out of your car. Overall it was a good stay but idk if I’d rebook.

The security guards/garage attendants weren’t friendly at all and the $50/night parking fee is highway robbery! The rooms are decent but our two double need room was small. The only good thing is the hotel location and Sonya was nice at check in.

The room was clean and the water pressure was good.

The price for this room was outrageous. The bathroom had a blood stain on the wall and a pubic hair on the floor. The overhead light was out in the bathroom. There was a strange smell in the hallway- maybe mildew? There was no air conditioning in the hallway and when we arrived the air was off in the room and it was very stuffy. The manager did nothing and was dismissive. There is a public garage that they charge you $50 for! To top it off, I had to walk down the car ramp with my suitcase and my cane (knee surgery) as there is no elevator. Rough experience.

Am 68 traveling with my 90 year old Mom. I told her how great this place would be. Since I have stayed here about 5 times in the past. We checked in at a rate of like 232.00. No one at check-in mentioned that there would be no power in the entire hotel from midnight until 0730 am. We planned to leave early on our 17 day travel with this hotel, the 1st of 10 bookings with expedia. It was dark at 0530 and I had to use my flashlight on my phone to get downstairs. No one at the desk, no guard in the garage, no elevator service. Our room had gotten hot and hearing aids charging did not fully charge due to no power. Some guy finally walked in asking what I wanted. Did not identify himself as staff, so I was a little scared. Asked why no power and told it was scheduled maintenance, and pointed to paper flyers on the desk. So we as guest were supposed to look at some flyer on the desk for this info. Shame on you for charging full rate on a room when you knew we would be without power. And at this price you could have told us at check-in.... This is how you treat older guest..... We could not leave early as planned due to no elevator service. Manager at desk was rude and pointed to flyer...I feel I should get some of my money back for the lack of respect and services that I paid for. They even emailed me to check-in before I arrived while on the plane, but did not tell us about power issue....shame shame shame.. Pool was not clean, full of leaves and debris..

Clean room

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions in West Hollywood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.We especially appreciated the convenient amenities, reliable Wi-Fi, and overall value for the area. The hotel made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

Some rooms share a balcony which means the adjacent room can just look in your room if you forget to close the blinds.

Very good

Bed was super comfortable, location was great. Our room was damp even with air conditioner going nonstop, towels never dried out, and even all of our clean clothes became damp. A restaurant or coffee shop on site would have been great.

No breakfast and no room service!! Absolute trash of a hotel. The staff is even worse!! Do not waste your money!!

Cleanliness, there were long black hair strands in the bathroom (tub, bathroom floor and sink).

The location was nice There was a clogged sink in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The shower faucet was not working properly. The gym was extremely small and inadequate.
