Nice staff and big room with more than enough room. Very clean.

Fantastic location, large room, attentive and friendly service. No complaints at all. The only quirk was not having ANY items in the kitchenette in the room. We had to request individual items, which I have never experienced anywhere else. I think they want to discourage people from using the kitchen. We had no toaster so couldn’t make a simple breakfast. All we recived for the room was two plates, two bowls, and cutlery for two. Unusual but not a dealbraker.

Clean room, great location, fun vibe...

Beautiful room, helpful staff, accommodating and friendly bell hop. So easy to get to shopping and restaurants.

Home away from home. The “kitchen” would have been great with a stove for some light cooking.

At the curb, the man who met our Uber, was gracious, and welcoming. That same welcoming attitude was displayed by EVERY employee, with whom we had any contact, throughout our stay. My Husband said, "The toilet paper is thin!" The policy of contacting the front desk, 24 hours, ahead, for room service (that which included full service, of the room, including linen changes) was off putting.

Room, layout and location were great for West Hollywood. Parking, while a bit high was great The fact that the upper deck was under construction. So wasn’t very clear where I could order food or a drink.

The size of the room, with its own kitchen and living space was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Location was near a bustling part of WeHo with Erewhon and other trendy spots nearby. The rooftop pool was wonderful to relax by on sunny afternoons, although there were no staff by the pool so service for any food/drinks was confusing and frustrating for everyone who was wanting to order something to eat or drink. You eventually saw waiters come up and walk around, looking for people who had ordered. The bathroom needed updating - the bath/shower would fill with water, making it super slippery when getting out. The balcony was not overly clean so did not make it an appealing spot to relax outside.

Large room & comfortable bed The smell in the room. The resort fees. The over priced food.

Comfortable bed, great heat & pressure in the shower. Mostly friendly staff. Nice view from the rooftop. Reasonable close walk to bars & restaurants on Santa Monica Blvd Room was in need of a few repairs. Missing a ceiling light completely you enter the room, and light next to it's globe wasn't working. Shower was on the narrow side. Was surprised by the $500 incidental hold for the stay, a lot more than most places.

Parking could have been less expensive

Great location, clean room, helpful staff, beautiful room. A great stay for my friends and I. There were just some issues with the toilet and the noise, the walls are thin and can hear what's going on upstairs
