I love the location. It’s a bit quieter than a lot of the sunset strip hotels. I also like the suite rooms. I like the pool and it’s also less of a scene than most other hotels on the strip. And Overall the staff was very nice. The first day we arrived the staff at the pool was slim and just disorganized. But the second and third day it was much better. Also the rooms are a bit dark but it didn’t bother me too much. Oh and nit picky the buffet breakfast didn’t include any hot eggs. It came with these premade egg bites. Not ideal but I didn’t want to also pay for a custom order.

I loved my stay here. My check in took way too long and could have been 100% better and I never received my Expedia benefits. But the rooms are huge! The views are excellent and the bathrooms with huge soaking tubs and double showers are exceptional. I loved the glamour of the place. The breakfast was just ok, really nothing I wanted from the buffet so I only went the one time but the rooms are wonderful. Yes they are aging but they are still better than most hotels and non other hotel will give you this much space and room to stretch out! Wish hotel irons and boards were better! They just wet your clothes with water but at least The London has irons and not steamers which achieve nothing! The tub was huge and a total luxury. The location is great. I would absolutely reserve a room here again for my next visit. Get rid of the mini bar and just give us a fridge. But excellent hotel. Beautiful view of LA!
