The staff at the Pendry was friendly, helpful & accommodating. The front desk was able to accommodate my request for early check-in; the ladies at the spa made my experience stress free & I left relaxed & rejuvenated, thanks to my excellent masseuse. We enjoyed the lovely views from Moonraker where we dined on delicious food which was brought to us in huge portions by our friendly & attentive server. The room was clean & decorated beautifully. The bed was cozy & comfortable which made for restful sleep. I truly enjoyed my weekend stay & will be returning. I highly recommend!

Staff were very nice. Room was clean. The bartender was good. I was a little surprised at the pool fee. No one advised us there was a charge to sit by the pool- otherwise we would have sat elsewhere. Perfect location on the Wharf.

Absolutely everything was 5 star from arrival and recognising our sons 21st birthday, then fabulous king rooms with a view we would never tire of; the rooftop bar Moonraker took our breath away, the pool is akin to a luxury beach club. Food was delicious; amazing array of drinks and cocktails, staff were consistently helpful & thoughtful, the little extras made it a memorable me experience. Add to all of that the location at the heart of the Wharf with so many bars and restaurants and easy to get into DC and all monuments, attractions etc this was a perfect 3 night stay to end our mini American road trip. Thank you Pendry, we wish you had hotels in Europe; we’re already looking at others you currently have.

Location is perfect, on the wharfe and near the Waterfront metro station. Great rooftop bar with excellent views over the potomac river.

Beautiful property with high-end fixtures, linens, toiletries and decor. The views from our corner suite were amazing and the Wharf area is a charming small community inside of Washington DC. I would definitely stay at this property again and give it five stars. My only critique would be on some minor choices that were a bit puzzling. For example, there was a mini bar fridge in the room but no fridge for personal use. There was a note that we could call the hotel staff if we needed a personal fridge, but the process seemed a little bizarre so we opted out. Another note would be that the hotel staff called our room to let us know we had complimentary valet parking, but we had already paid to park our vehicle at a nearby garage. Had we known in advance, we definitely would have used the gracious courtesy. Other than a few interesting quirks, it was a wonderful stay.

The Pendry was perfect. The staff everywhere worked incredibly hard to please their guests and make things right despite the rain. And honestly, it is amazing to watch what a very well-mannered four-year-old does to win everyone over. Good manners go a long way, and watching people light up when interacting with a polite kid completely changed the energy and the mood.

Huge clean rooms and the best gym I’ve ever been to. Moonraker upstairs had amazing food, and views of many landmarks from balcony. Best hotel, staff was great, valet always on time.
