We had to book the room to be cleaned so everyday we booked a room cleaning. The room was never cleaned for our entire visit. We even went as far as asking the staff to make sure our room got new towels etc and it just never happened.

Everything was amazing. The only issue was that I was shocked by the size of the room. Smaller than expected but everything was great.

Our bed and pillows were heavenly! The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that the grab and go snacks and soft drinks were very overpriced. It's a neat place to stay!

rooms too small, technology built in, but not very functional / practical. everything done by tablet, only one person down in main lobby who will most likely tell you to use the phone or tablet in your room to get anything.

I can not say enough good things about this citizen m location. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for my needs. The staff was exceptional and always kind and thoughtful. Location was perfect. The breakfast and all the food there was delicious.

The room was kept very clean, the staff was always very kind and helpful. Be aware, the rooms are very small with a very small bathroom and not much privacy with the bathrooms. The location is also great for walking to museums, the National Mall and the wharf for food. Also close enough to walk to the Nationals ballpark.

My go to place to stay when I’m in DC. It’s a short walk to the wharf where there are restaurants and the waterfront.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly and professional staff. First time staying in a citizenm, staff was very helpful with telling me how everything is controlled with the iPad. Hotel itself only has street parking

The room was beautiful but quite small. I appreciated the technology-based controls; they were very convenient and romantic. Overall, I would stay again if I were in the DC area.
