Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which created a happy vibe for all the guests. Loved it and will return.

Property was nice. Reserved a waterfront room and only had a glimpse of the water was faced toward the street and the water was in the distance. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and the temperature was not regulated.

Fantastic location to visit DC. Nice long walk to stadiums or short city bike rental. Also walkable to the national mall and museums. Lots of restaurants and bars right in the wharf. Our room had a nice view of the courtyard and waterfront.

Great property on the bustling and beautiful Wharf. That said, the rooms are very quiet, nicely furnished and decorated. Terrific dining

Great location, friendly staff

Rooms were extremely clean and the staff were amazing, super friendly, and helpful! Housekeeping staff were 100% on it every day cleaning the rooms and really paid attention to detail as well!! I will be booking my future stays here no questions asked!

Every staff member we encountered was great. My complaints are with the increasing sound level of toilet bowl. Everytime we flushed the toilet, it made a screeching sound. The air conditioner also doesn't maintain the temperature and kicked on every few minutes. The room at night was warm and loud. Because we are early risers and we're gone most of the day, it was only an issue at night time. Definitely needs to be repaired.

Very friendly staff. Clean facilities. Nice location. Only thing was that the elevators closed very fast, didn't give you a chance to get in before they closed.

Hotel is very clean, staff were friendly. They even have wine tasting in the evenings! I can't comment on the breakfast as i had to leave too early to get it but otherwise had a great stay. thanks again!

Staff at front desk professional personable, helpful and loved the cohesive team approach and they genuinely seemed happy to be there! Location to the Anthem and excellent restaurants!

The whole point of booking this hotel was for valet parking. When we arrived they said valet is sold out and to go into the sold out parking garage and try and find your own parking. What a nightmare! We ended up having to park blocks away in a public parking garage which is exactly what we wanted to avoid by booking this Hilton.

Excellent location, super modern and clean. Comfortable and quiet sleep. Helpful and polite staff. Nothing to dislike. Highly recommend valet parking. Tried to self park but couldn’t find a spot. So came back out and used valet parking. Worth it!

Only problem was with Breakfast 10 am, closed, open up for lunch 11 am. There was a place around the corner Milk and Honey. Excellent food.

Hôtel was ok, nothing extraordinary but the location was great and there was a rooftop bar.
