Whole hotel needs a revamp.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean. It was so nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. It was located by most of the museums and monuments. Everything was within walking distance. We loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting DC. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff at the front desk were very professional, helpful, and courteous. They were the best giving us information to navigate our way around DC. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent, especially the room and pool! Pool could have been open a little later. It would have been nice to have a cheaper breakfast option. The buffet breakfast was extremely expensive for what was offered.

Maybe some coffee for guests in the lobby.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location for exploring the Capital Mall area. We paid extra in our daily rate for the full breakfast buffet which was really good. The 21st Amendment restaurant in the hotel was very good and we ate there several times for dinner. The room itself was older and could probably use updating but not bad at all. I would recommend for budget minded travelers.

The property was clean enough hotel staff were friendly enough. But the rooms need to be updated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The TV works sometimes and sometimes it didn’t whether it got signal or not.

Perfect location for national mall, monuments, restaurants, and museums

The staff were great (friendly and accommodating), while the remaining of the hotel was outdated and in poor condition. We were at this hotel 15 years ago and not much has changed.

Loved location. Loved the Starbucks and the resturant. We did see a mouse. And the beds were hard. Wrinkles in hallway carpet were large.

A fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location—everything is nearby! The check-in was incredibly fast (took only 1 minute), the staff were wonderful, and the room service was excellent. Highly recommended. CAR Parking Fee is high.

The location and on-site parking are super convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There isn’t much for nearby shopping and restaurants. You really have to go out of your way for those things but to be able to walk to the national mall and museums is wonderful. I was charged $15 for 4 bottles of water in the market for the first night, which I just thought was expensive but marked up being a touristy area and being in a hotel. But then I later bought 2 waters for $3.75 in the same market. Very confusing why the difference there. The parking seemed very expensive when I’m not going in and out and already paying a lot for a room for 5 nights. I’m sure it’s similar anywhere you go in the area but paying nearly $400 at a hotel for parking is a bit salty.
