Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center

Breakfast was good. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. I appreciate the fact the valet parking did not sit and wait for a tip considering the parking was $75. Of course we tipped but it wasn’t like some other properties where they hold your keys hostage until they see you are tipping. I loved how close it was to the capital and all the museums which we walked to and did not need the car. The view from our room was great and we really had a great time. The room is very big and we had plenty of of room.

The cleanest Embassy Suites that I’ve stayed at. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants.

Parking was terrible had to pay 75$ a night for valet parking

The stay was a good one. Everything was excellent except for the restaurant. The breakfast was very unseasoned, from the omelet I had, the grits we tried, and the potatoes that we ate. I have beento several Embassy Suites and have not experienced that before

King suite was spacious and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Staff very responsive to our requests. Breakfast was average. Food was not hot. Would stay here again!

This was an amazing property. One of the best embassy suites. Location was great and you can tell hotel is very well managed. They also put a lot of effort into the breakfast and evening hour. I will definitely stay here again if i come to DC.

Wonderful staff and the rooms were so clean and the linen, sheets were fresh. The breakfast was amazing and the bar had delicious food as well.

The staff was amazing. This location is very family friendly. They had a crib with clean sheets for my bay to sleep in during our stay. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great every morning too. 10 out of 10 every day. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

Great and quick service. We asked for towels not only they were quickly delivered to our room but we got a call to check we received them. The complentary afternoon drinks are a nice treat. The breakfast buffet was great. Definitely recommend this hotel .

The location is excellent—centrally situated and conveniently close to all the major sightseeing attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were outstanding: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with the added benefit of made-to-order omelets prepared to your preference. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The exceptional staff and outstanding service made a lasting impression. It was refreshing to see so many team members greeting guests with genuine smiles and a positive attitude. Their hospitality played a big part in making our family trip enjoyable and memorable.

We had a room with a view of a brick wall. We also were awakened at 1:00 am by management looking for the source of a noise complaint. It was me and my two grandchildren and we had been sleeping for several hours at that point. It was difficult to get back to sleep. When we checked out we were not asked how are stay was.
