Nice hotel with on site parking deck. Breakfast was decent and room was clean. There isnt a space for groups to gather and socialize without being in the hotel restaurant. Elevator broke several times and the fire department was called. Laundry room was not functioning and we needed to wash uniforms. Hot tub was out of orded for the whole week.

Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel. All in all would highly recommend as our stay was great.

This is a beautiful place to stay with beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and great food choices within walking distance including the nice restaurant located inside the Hotel. Be warned that there is a new parking garage fee of $18 a day. I wasn't aware of this charge until checked in.

This resort is amazing. Very clean. Workers are very helpful an happy. Thank you. We come every year.

Perfect location for a music festival at 5th St Stage. Able to walk everywhere we needed. Lots of great eats around the area and loved the outdoor pool and bar.

The outside pool was nice with a warm tub. I wouldn't call it a hot tub water was maybe 85-90°. Breakfast was good. Wife and kids love it . The location was not great for my kids . No beach playground unless you walk 30mins also my youngest love neptune, and that was over 30 minutes. The beach seemed more packed on that side. Parking was really tight. We had to wait at least 5 to 10 mins for the elevator every time we use it. 3 elevators were not enough for 14 floors. Having to pay for $200 parking once we got there and check-in is kind of ridiculous. when we already paid over 3k just to stay for 7 nights. Also, the room was much smaller than pictures showed on the website. The layout was definitely not the same either.

The staff was very attentive and the few people working were doing what they could, we saw other people getting frustrated for the same reason ,I feel bad for the staff we asked for extra bed sheets and we never got them we had to go out and look for it , we enjoy the beach view the food at the restaurant was really good even when they close a little early one of the days and the menu was limited. I understand the short staffing make a difference but I will come back next time a visit Virginia Beach

The location The initial check-in was very easy, after that it seemed as if customer service was non existent the dunes bar and grill staff were extremely rude and unprofessional specially the manager! The indoor pool was absolutely filthy every time I passed by, the room was extremely outdated and disgusting the drain backed up every time myself or my fiancé showed. We attempted to call for room service due to our 1 year old throwing a fit at every sit in restaurants and none of the phones in the room worked! Furthermore I brought my daughter sit on the balcony and look at the water and boardwalk only to see the guest below had his genitalia completely exposed!!! Needless to say I will not be back!

Very child friendly. Good bar. Convenient restaurant which is well priced. Both pools could use a little more heating!

Breakfast was very good, the staff we encountered was very nice and helpful. Location was great. Having our other half of our party have to pay for parking in the public garage. And I also had to pay for the parking in the hotels garage.

I would have given 5 stars but, one The Smoking area is right besides de main door, so tobacco and weed smell is present when someone is smoking, should place that across the parking lot besides de street or up top of parking lot, and I asked for two pillows that were needed for our family and they had none, because the person in charge was all ready gone for the day, on top I had to go down to get it, a hotel without a person to take sheets and pillows to a room and a hotel without a pillow??? come on.... expected more than that. The room was great, beach was awesome!!, Breakfast was great, Staff mostly very friendly except the night manager with no pillows or staff...LOL!!!!, I still will stay stay there again, now that I know the pros and cons....

This is our favorite VA Beach hotel. Great pool, rooms, breakfast, and location. Rooms have a wonderful view of the ocean and boardwalk. Parking is very convenient.
